Royal Hype Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Royal Hype! By booking our Elite Hall or Pool Hall, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable event while maintaining our venue in top condition.

1. Booking Deposit and Bond

A non-refundable deposit of $750 is required to lock in your booking date. This amount also serves as a bond in case of any damages during your event.

The bond will be refunded in the same way it was paid within 10 days after the event, once we have completed an assessment of the venue for any potential damages or additional charges.

If there are no damages or outstanding fees, the full bond will be refunded. If deductions are necessary, the remaining amount will be refunded after all costs are accounted for.
2. Decorations and Venue Care

No decorations, markings, adhesives, or any material that could damage or alter the appearance of the venue walls are permitted. Any violation of this policy will result in the forfeiture of the $750 bond.

The venue must be left in its original condition. Additional cleaning or repairs required due to misuse will be deducted from the bond or charged separately if damages exceed the bond amount.
3. Minimum Spend Requirement

A minimum spend amount is agreed upon at the time of booking and communicated to you via email.

If the total expenditure of your event does not meet this agreed minimum, you are required to pay the difference to meet the minimum spend.
4. Food Orders

All food orders must be placed and fully paid for at least 10 days prior to the event.

For every 2 days of delay in placing or paying for the food order after this 10-day window, a 10% surcharge will be added to the food cost.

Royal Hype reserves the right to refuse last-minute food orders made after the payment deadline.
5. Smoke and Fire Safety

No smoke guns, fireworks, or any form of fire are permitted on the premises. The entire building is equipped with sensitive smoke and fire detectors.

No coverings, tampering, or blocking of smoke detectors or fire alarms is allowed at any time. Any violation of this rule will result in the immediate forfeiture of the bond, and additional charges may apply.

If a fire alarm is triggered due to your event, you will be responsible for all related damages and costs, including but not limited to fire alarm reset fees, business interruption, and any other resulting damages.
6. Alcohol Policy

No outside alcohol is allowed on the premises without prior approval from Royal Hype management.

If any outside alcohol is found in the possession of your guests or event attendees, it will be confiscated, and an appropriate fine will be imposed.
7. Water and Bathroom Facilities
-
You and your guests are responsible for ensuring that taps are not left running and that bathroom facilities are used properly.

Any damages caused by water leaks, broken fixtures, or misused facilities (e.g., broken toilets) will be charged directly to the customer.
8. Pool Hall Usage
-
Any damages to the pool tables, cues, or balls will be charged in full to the customer. This includes but is not limited to:
- Damage caused by spillage of liquids or food on the pool tables.
- Rough use or mishandling of the tables or equipment.
- Breaking of cues or losing balls will also incur full replacement or repair costs.
9. Liability for Damages

The customer is responsible for any damages caused by their event, including but not limited to damage to venue property, fixtures, equipment, or any amenities (such as pool tables).

Royal Hype reserves the right to withhold the bond or seek further compensation for damages that exceed the bond amount.

By confirming your booking with Royal Hype, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Non-compliance may result in additional charges or cancellation of your event without refund.
